In the event that a user opts for the Custom Domain feature during purchase, Upskool will, upon receipt of the applicable fee of ₹1299, initiate the process of procuring and registering the requested domain name on behalf of the Client. Domain registration is subject to the following conditions: (a) availability of the exact requested domain name at the time of processing; (b) prevailing market rates charged by accredited domain registrars not exceeding ₹1299 for the initial registration period; and (c) absence of any legal, regulatory, technical, or administrative impediments preventing successful registration.

While Upskool shall make all reasonable efforts to fulfill the Client’s request, the Company does not guarantee availability or final acquisition of any specific domain name. Furthermore, where registration costs (exclusive of taxes and incidental fees) exceed ₹1299, or where the requested name is unavailable or otherwise restricted, Upskool reserves the right to decline the request.

Custom domain registrations provided under this policy are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of successful registration. Subsequent renewal, including any associated fees, shall be the sole responsibility of the Client, and Upskool shall not be obliged to renew, subsidize, or guarantee renewal pricing.

In cases where the ₹1299 fee has been paid but Upskool is unable to fulfill the domain registration request for any reason outlined above, the Company shall, as a one-time concession, issue a partial refund in the amount of ₹599. The remaining amount shall be applied towards provisioning a customized subdomain under Upskool’s primary domain, which will remain active for the duration of the Client’s active service subscription.

By selecting the Custom Domain option, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy, understands that domain procurement is contingent on third-party availability and pricing, accepts that Upskool’s obligation is limited to the conditions stated herein, and waives any claim for damages, compensation, or alternative remedies beyond the partial refund specified.
