Information is used only for delivering Upskool and UTT services, including conducting exams, generating results, maintaining transparency, improving security, and communicating with schools. We do not sell personal data.

Data Retention

Exam data is stored temporarily to calculate results. Instant rankings are shown after the exam, and final marksheets are shared with schools within two working days. After delivery, exam-related data is permanently deleted from our servers. General school and teacher data is retained only as long as partnerships remain active or as legally required.

Security

We implement strong protections including encrypted storage, restricted access, firewalls, antivirus measures, and UTT’s secure fullscreen lock mode with shortcut blocking and monitoring.

Sharing of Information

Data is shared only with authorized school administrators, trusted service providers such as hosting or monitoring platforms, or legal authorities when required. It is never sold or misused.

Upskool websites may use cookies to enhance user experience. These are never used for advertising. Users may disable cookies in their browser if preferred.

Upskool ensures high standards of security and transparency. However, if a school fails to maintain proper safety standards such as secure computer labs, stable internet, and malpractice prevention, Upskool will not be responsible for exam disruptions or discrepancies.
