These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Upskool services and the Upskool Testing Technology (UTT) platform. By using our website, software, or examination solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Upskool or UTT.

Use of Services

Upskool provides technology solutions for schools to manage learning, branding, and examinations through UTT. Services may only be used by registered schools, administrators, and authorized students. Any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or attempt to bypass security features is strictly prohibited.

Exam Rules

UTT exams are conducted in fullscreen lock mode with restricted keyboard shortcuts and monitoring. If a student minimizes, switches tabs, or attempts to manipulate the exam, their session may be automatically terminated. Schools must inform students about these rules in advance.

School Responsibilities

• Provide a secure computer lab environment with stable internet
• Ensure devices are updated with antivirus and firewall protection
• Supervise students during exams to prevent malpractice
• Maintain discipline and safety inside the exam premises

If these responsibilities are not maintained, Upskool will not be responsible for exam disruptions, misconduct, or malpractice.

Data Handling

Upskool collects and processes exam data only for the purpose of conducting exams, generating results, and providing transparent rankings. Instant rankings are displayed post-exam, and final reports are shared within two working days. Exam data is deleted from our servers after completion, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Payment

Schools must pay applicable service charges for using Upskool and UTT. If additional services such as third-party computer lab facilities are used, extra charges may apply. All payments are non-refundable except where specifically stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding of Upskool and UTT are the intellectual property of Upskool. Schools are granted limited rights to use the platform solely for conducting examinations and related activities. Copying, modifying, or redistributing our technology is not allowed.

Limitation of Liability

Upskool is not liable for technical failures caused by unstable internet, faulty school infrastructure, or misuse of devices. Our liability is limited only to the extent of the services directly provided through Upskool and UTT.

Termination of Access

Upskool reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any school or user found violating these terms, misusing the platform, or failing to make payments as agreed.

Policy Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Schools will be informed of significant changes, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
